Winix withdrawal fees, minimums and limits: where to check

Withdrawal conditions depend on the selected method and the rules displayed for your account. Open Profile → Withdrawal and check the minimum, fees, limits and amount received before confirming. An old figure should not be applied to every payment.

The minimum amount

Each method may require a minimum. If your balance or entered amount is too low, the process explains that the minimum has not been met.

Check the selected method's value. Do not infer a 500 F threshold for every payment option.

Requested amount and received amount

The requested amount is what you want to withdraw from your account. The received amount reflects applicable fees and payment conversion information.

For illustration, a 1,000 F withdrawal with a 2% fee and no other cost would have a 20 F fee and a 980 F net amount. This explains the principle; it is not a current Winix method tariff.

Use your own request's summary. Review it again if the app reports a changed calculation.

Maximums and other limits

Your amount may be constrained by available balance or a maximum per withdrawal. Daily or weekly limits and a waiting period between requests can also prevent another withdrawal.

Read the message to determine whether to change the amount or wait. Changing payment method does not establish that an account limit has disappeared.

A method is unavailable

A method labelled unavailable or coming soon is not an active payment choice. Temporary suspension is different from failing to meet a minimum.

If the app displays an old list because refreshing failed, update it before preparing a request. Screenshot prices or availability do not replace current conditions.

Before submission

Check the method, net amount, destination and any messages. Confirm after review, then follow the withdrawal status.
