How Winix works: coins, offers, earnings and withdrawals
Understand Winix coins, offers, recorded earnings and withdrawals, and learn how each part of the app works.
Winix brings together offers that can reward you for completing the required actions, such as playing a game, testing an app or answering a survey. Start by distinguishing coins, which unlock access, from your money balance, which receives validated rewards.
Coins unlock access to certain offers
Winix Coins cannot be withdrawn. You can earn them through the ads available in the app, then use them to unlock an offer that requires coins or access to the chat.
The access price is displayed before confirmation. Unlocking an offer does not complete it: you still need to meet its requirements to earn the advertised reward.

Offers explain what you need to do
Open an offer from Home or Offers. Read its instructions, rewards, objectives and deadlines. Some offers require one action; others contain several milestones, each with its own reward.
Use the start button in Winix and follow the offer's instructions. Some offers are for new users of the partner app. Others require a specific action: signing up does not replace a purchase when a purchase is required.

Your money balance shows recorded earnings
An advertised reward is what you may receive if you meet the offer's conditions. It does not necessarily represent money already added to your account.
Validation may take time after you complete an action. Your transaction history shows recorded operations. If a reward is still missing after the applicable waiting period, gather the offer details and read the missing rewards guide.
Withdrawals have separate conditions
Open Withdrawal from Profile to see available payment methods and their conditions. Minimums, fees, limits and the amount you receive depend on the selected method.
After confirmation, follow the request in your history. A registered request is not the same as a payment already received. The withdrawal guide explains the process.
Personalize your account and invite friends
You can also change your profile picture, check your flame streak and share your referral code. These features do not replace the conditions of an offer.
Choose a first offer with clear objectives that fit your situation. Understanding the process helps you know what you unlock, what you must complete and where to check the result.
