Winix Coins: what are they for, and can you withdraw them?

Winix Coins unlock access to features, including certain offers and the chat. They cannot be withdrawn and are not the money balance you can request through a payment method.

An offer may earn you money after its conditions are validated. Coins provide access when a price is required.

Where to see your coins

Find the coin counter and tap it to open the available information. The Coins screen shows your coin balance and how to obtain more through available ads.

Do not confuse this counter with the amount in your account currency. You can have coins without money available to withdraw, or money earnings without enough coins to unlock a different offer.

Use coins for an offer

Open an offer page and read the instructions. When access requires coins, the button and confirmation show the price.

Check objectives and deadlines before confirming. After unlocking, start the mission and meet its requirements. Spending coins does not mean the offer is completed or its reward is earned.

Obtain more coins

The Coins screen offers an ad when one is available. Follow the process through its result to check whether the reward was recorded.

Why you cannot unlock an offer

If its price exceeds your coin balance, the app shows insufficient coins. Obtain more through available options and return to the offer page.

If an ad is unavailable or a limit has been reached, follow the displayed timing instead of repeatedly retrying. Read the unavailable ads guide.

Do coins increase a withdrawal?

No. Withdrawals concern your money balance under separate conditions. Do not apply your own conversion rate to turn the coin counter into francs or another currency.
