How to withdraw Winix earnings and track your payment
Follow a Winix withdrawal from method selection and fees to destination verification and payment tracking.
Request a withdrawal from your money balance through Profile → Withdrawal. The app displays available methods, minimums, fees and limits for your account. After confirmation, the request is processed; it must be distinguished from a payment already received.
Winix Coins unlock access and cannot be withdrawn. Read the coins guide to understand the two balances.
1. Choose an available method
Open the payment method list. Select an accessible method and read its conditions. A method available to another user is not necessarily available to your account at every moment.
A method labelled unavailable or coming soon is not an active payment option. If the list could not refresh, follow the message and retry when your connection works.
2. Enter the amount
Enter the amount in your account currency. Check the minimum, any maximum, fees and the amount you will receive.
The requested amount and net payout can differ because fees may apply. If the calculation changes before confirmation, review the updated information. The fees and limits guide explains this.
3. Verify the destination
For a payment to a phone number, enter the recipient and confirm the number when requested. Check that the selected method matches the receiving account.
For a wallet-address method, follow the verification steps and check the network and address. The correct destination is essential before approving payment.
Review prefilled information too: it may come from a previous withdrawal.
4. Confirm the request
The confirmation screen summarizes the method, destination, fees and amount to receive. Review these details, confirm once and wait for the result.
When registered, the amount is reserved for processing. This does not confirm that the money has reached the recipient. Use the tracking action or withdrawal history to follow progress.
5. Read the history
The history may show verification, processing, a payment in progress or a successful withdrawal. It can also show failure, rejection and fund status when provided.

You cannot submit a withdrawal
The message may identify insufficient funds, an unmet minimum, a limit, a waiting period between requests or temporary unavailability. Follow the app's instruction rather than guessing an amount.
If the result is unclear, contact Support from Profile with the withdrawal reference and date. There is no universal 500 F minimum or instant-payment guarantee for all methods.
