Failed or rejected Winix withdrawal: what to check before retrying
Check the status, reason and funds of a failed or rejected Winix withdrawal before retrying.
If a Winix withdrawal fails or is rejected, check its status, displayed reason and fund status. Refunded failure, refunded rejection and retained funds are different results. Understand the first request before creating another.
Find the correct operation
Open withdrawal history from Profile. Identify the request by reference, date, method and destination. If you have several operations, compare their amounts so you do not read another request's result.
The status guide distinguishes a payment still in progress from a completed operation.
Read the fund status
If history shows refunded funds, check transactions and balance for the corresponding result. Funds still reserved remain associated with the request's process.
Retained funds should not be described as already refunded. Use the displayed reason and contact Support for clarification.
Check the method and destination
Review the number or address, method and error message. Depending on the actual reason, a destination mismatch, invalid details or unavailable method may require correction.
Do not guess why a request was rejected. Its details and Support can explain the case. A history screenshot with the reference is useful.
When to submit another request
Retry once you understand the result, your balance permits it and withdrawal conditions are met. Recheck the minimum, fees, limits and availability.
A request still processing is not corrected by creating a second one. The fees and limits guide also explains waiting messages.
Contact Support
Provide the reference, date, status, method and available rejection reason. Explain what you see in history and balance.
If a successful withdrawal has not appeared in the receiving account, describe that difference too. The support guide helps prepare your request.
Do not share a password or secret payment code. References first allow the team to locate the relevant operation.
