Missing Winix rewards after an offer: what to check
Check a missing Winix reward and prepare details and evidence before submitting a claim.
If you completed an action but its reward is absent, first check the exact objective, participation deadline and validation period. Completion in a game and recording of its reward in Winix may not appear at the same time.
Check the offer and milestone
Reopen the Winix offer and identify the affected milestone. Check whether it requires a first install, a specific level, registration or another action, as well as any additional conditions.
The overall reward is not necessarily the amount for the first milestone. Read the milestone guide.
If the app was previously installed, consult the eligibility guide. Unlocking access with coins does not remove provider requirements.
Respect the validation period
Read the stated waiting period and avoid restarting the same participation while it is being checked. The public Winix claim process currently requires waiting at least 72 hours after completing the milestone.
This pre-claim waiting period is not a promise that every reward will be validated within 72 hours. If the offer has another processing condition, keep that detail for Support.
Check balance and history
Look at recorded transactions and offer progress. A previously credited reward that was reversed is different from a milestone never validated.
Record the exact message and relevant dates. A screenshot of your balance alone cannot identify the missing objective.
Prepare evidence
Gather the offer ID, name, expected milestone reward and completion date. The claim form asks for a screenshot of the Winix offer and proof of the completed action.

Send a request
When waiting conditions are met, use the missing earnings form. Describe the milestone and what happened, then keep the confirmation and claim reference. The current form uses the French interface.
Avoid duplicate claims for the same offer during review. Reference the existing request if you need to add information.
