Can a previously installed app earn a Winix reward?
Check Winix offer eligibility when you previously installed or used the partner app.
It depends on the offer's conditions. Some missions are restricted to new users of the partner app. If you installed or used it before, reinstalling may not qualify for the reward. Check the offer page before starting.
First installation and progress objectives
An offer may require installation, a level or another action while still being limited to first-time users. Being able to open a game does not establish eligibility.
Read the instructions and additional conditions. Ask for clarification before spending time on a requirement you do not understand.
Does reinstalling make you eligible?
Do not assume that removing the app makes your device or account new. The provider can apply participation rules considering previous use.
Creating another account or changing phones is not a reliable way to make a participation eligible. The offer and provider conditions still apply.
Start an app you have never used
If the offer matches your situation, start from Winix and follow the redirect and listed steps. Installing first through another route does not guarantee that your participation will be linked to Winix.
If coins are required, read the price before confirming. Unlocking a mission does not change eligibility. The coins guide explains this distinction.
The offer permits repeated participation
Some offers allow multiple conversions. That permission belongs to the specific offer; it should not be applied to every mission from the same game or provider.
Read the exact conditions for your intended participation. An offer limited to one conversion does not promise a second reward.
You started but the reward is missing
Check the objective, deadline and first-install conditions, then wait for the applicable validation period. When requesting help, accurately describe any previous use of the app.
Gather the ID, date, affected milestone and evidence. The missing rewards guide explains preparing a request.
