How to install Winix on Android or iPhone

Use the official download page, then open the store listing for your phone. Android uses Google Play; iPhone uses the App Store. Check the compatibility displayed by the store for your device and account.

Install on Android

Open the Winix Google Play listing on your phone and follow its installation process. Open the app when installation finishes.

If the store says installation is unavailable, read the message. Device compatibility, availability or your store account may be involved. The download page does not guarantee installation on every device.

Install on iPhone

Open the Winix App Store listing and follow its steps. Compatibility and Apple account conditions are those displayed by the store.

If downloading fails, check the App Store message and connection. An installation issue is different from a Winix sign-in error after installation.

First sign-in

The app offers sign-in options supported by your device, including Google or Apple depending on the process. Use the identity you intend to keep for your account.

Account creation asks for a currency and then offers the referral step. If a friend provided a code, read the code entry guide.

Complete requested information and explore offers. You can also change your profile picture.

Return to an existing account

Use the same sign-in option and identity as before. A different Google or Apple account may represent another Winix account; a different balance does not prove the old account disappeared.

For difficulties, record the sign-in message and contact Support. Do not share your Google or Apple password.
