Learn how to participate in Winix surveys, read their conditions and check reward validation.
Surveys offered through Winix let you answer questions for the advertised reward when participation and validation conditions are met. Availability and reward amounts can vary. Every account is not guaranteed a fixed number of surveys or daily earnings.
Find a survey and read its conditions
Open an available survey category or offer page. Read the expected action, reward, estimated duration when provided and any special requirements before starting.
Some offers open a questionnaire inside Winix; others use a provider's survey process. Follow the offer's button and instructions rather than trying to find the questionnaire through another route.
If access requires coins, read the price before confirmation. Winix Coins unlock access and are separate from a survey's money reward.
Give consistent, honest answers
Answer truthfully. Profile information may be used to check whether a survey matches your situation. Inventing answers to enter a questionnaire does not change the provider's conditions.
Read each question and complete required fields. For multiple-choice questions, respect the requested number of selections. Finish the process and wait for its result before closing the page.
A questionnaire may not select you or may end early under its criteria. Read the result and provider rules: starting a survey does not guarantee its full reward.
Track validation
After completion, check your balance and transaction history. A reward may need validation. An immediate lack of a balance update is not necessarily a reason to repeat the questionnaire.
If the recorded result differs from the advertised outcome, keep the offer name or ID, date, completion message and a screenshot when possible. Check the stated waiting period, then read the missing rewards guide.
No survey is available
Check your connection and profile information. Look at other available offers instead of changing your answers or creating several accounts to force access.
If loading repeatedly fails, contact Profile → Support. Describe the survey, your device and what happens.
